[Circulation] Patrons and Fines

Hello All,

Just a general reminder to send patrons with question about fines and  
fees to me.  What you are looking at in Aleph might include charges  
that patrons have long since paid.  I can check my paperwork and let  
them know exactly what is outstanding.  I've dealt with a couple of  
freaked out students today who think they owe more than they do based  
on conversations with students at the desk.
