Hello All,
A few printing issues came up today but overall it is working. One of
the blue touch pads went blank. In that case unplug it and plug it
back in to reset it. A couple of patrons logged in and nothing
happened after sending their jobs - Chris Slemp suggested shutting
both the copiers and the touch pads down and restarting them. Lastly,
if in the Job Status a job is being held and says Needs Resources, the
machine is most likely out of paper. Check both drawers and also add
paper to the bypass tray. Sometimes the machine prompts specifically
for paper in the bypass tray (also called A4), and sometimes it
doesn't (today this happened).
