[Circulation] Printer Problems Log

Hello All,

In order for IT to diagnose printing problems they need to be notified of when
they occur.  For this I've set up a blue Printer Problems Log binder on the
reference desk.  If you encounter a situation where a student cannot print,
please log the date, the time, the username of the student who is having
difficulty, the name of the computer (written in sharpie on the bottom of the
Mac mini), the name of their document, and your initials.  What is ideal is if
you can get the patron to save their document to the Documents folder on that
computer so that Chris can see if it is any particular kind of document that is
troublesome.  If the patron does save their document, please write yes in the
Document Saved? field.

a solution.
