[Circulation] GALLERY KEY LIST

Hello All,

I've been finding that students who are not gallery monitors are being allowed
to check out the monitor's set of keys.  ONLY CHECK OUT THE KEY # THAT IS NOTED
IN THE STUDENT'S ACCOUNT!!!  Students sometimes want to get into the prep room
for supplies.  They have been told by Carolyn Arnold, gallery coordinator, that
they are to contact one of the gallery monitors if they need supplies.  If any
of the students exhibiting in the gallery give you a hard time with this have
them speak to me or Carolyn.
