An obviously ridiculously responsible student came in tonight asking if I could
extend the loan period for a 3-hr reserve book so that she could take it
overnight and return it in the morning. She said she had talked to everyone in
her class and no one else needed it, but left her phone number in case someone
came looking for the book. She will return it tomorrow. It would be nice if she
wasn't billed-it seems like a reasonable request. She's going to come talk to
you on Monday.
Her name is Kanya D'ameida, and the book is "Swimming" for IA 300.
