Dear co-workers

It appears that i forgot to account for an appointment that I have tomorrow with
an Amherst professor at 2pm. Who is working during that time tomorrow, and would
you be able to hold down the fort for me from 1:30 till 3pm? I work from
9:30-1:30 and also from 1:30 to 5:30 tomorrow, so I'll be around before and
after. If you, my co-worker, cannot cover me would there be anyone willing to
take the 1:30 to 5:30 tomorrow?
