[Circulation] DVD on Hold Shelf

Hello Everybody,

If Constance Hill comes in claiming that there's a DVD on hold for her 
at the circulation desk, she's telling the truth. There is a white 
envelope with a post-it that says 'Constance Hill' on the hold shelf. It 
doesn't need to be checked out or anything--she can just have it.
