[Circulation] TIME CARDS, RESHELVING CARTS, HOLD SLIPS

Hello All,

Time cards are due for the pay period ending tomorrow (Saturday, 2/14).  Please
submit your time card by Monday, 1:30pm.

This morning I found 2 UMass and 3 Amherst books on our reshelving carts. 
Please try to pay attention so that books get routed to their proper sorting
areas, and that the reshelving carts are kept in call number order.

Occasionally we've been noticing books Hampshire on the hold shelf that have
holds but no yellow hold slips.  Please make sure to use the yellow hold slips
so that we know the books really belong there.  Likewise, 5 college returns
that have holds on them should get hold slips as well so that we give them
priority when packing the boxes to send on the the other schools.
