[Circulation] END OF SEMESTER SCHEDULE

Hello All,

This is a reminder that the last required day of work is Sunday, May 10.  The
library will be open regular hours through that day.  Beginning Monday, May 11,
work is optional through Commencement.  Please consider working if you will
still be on campus.  There will be plenty of shelving to do and it would be
really good if we could have evening coverage for Mark.  I will post a
temporary schedule for that week soon.  The open hours for that week will be:

Monday - Wednesday 5/11 - 5/13, 8:30am - 10:00pm
Thursday & Friday, 5/14 & 5/15, 8:30am - 4:30pm

If you plan on leaving campus before May 10, please make sure to ask for subs
for any shifts that you will miss.  Contact me if you have questions about the
end of year schedule.

Lastly, please tell me if you will not be returning to work here in the fall. 
Except for those graduating I expect you all to return, unless you tell me
otherwise.
