[Circulation] reminders

Hello All,

Some things to keep in mind:

1.  Please check out only 1 reserve out to a student at a time.  The exception
to this rule is the Cuba course, where you can check out one of the CD's and
the folder of questions that accompany them.

2.  Five college students may approach you at the circ desk and tell you they
need to be added to a course web site for a class they are taking.  Please
direct those students to any of the reference librarians.  They all have the
passwording to add students to the websites.

3.  When posting to this list for subs, it's good to mention the shift's date
and time in the subject line so it's clear to all what shift you are looking to
cover.
