[Circulation] 10-12 tuesday shift

Hello Evan and Everyone Else,

We're only on the temporary schedule so it's not necessary to find subs for day
shifts (weekends definitely since it's only one person per shift).  Evan, we'll
just erase that shift for you and perhaps one of the returning workers who has
not yet take hours can do it.
