[Circulation] end of semester party, last day of work, week of commencement

Hello Everyone,

Please join the library staff for an end of semester celebration on Tuesday, May
9 at 2:00pm on the library's first floor.  Sweets and treats will be served. 
This gathering is for Circulation, IT, and Media Services workers.

The last required day of work for this semester is Sunday, May 14.  The library
will be open regular hours through midnight.  If you plan on leaving campus
before then, please post for subs.

Work is optional during the week of commencement (M - F, May 15 - 19).  The
library will be open until 10pm all that week.  We'll also be open on
commencement form 10 - 3 if you will be around and want some hours.
I've posted the temporary schedule on the bulletin board.  Please sign up for
hours, covering the evenings first (at least 7 - 8 so Chris has a dinner break)
if possible.

Lastly, please tell me if you will not be returning to work during the fall
semester.
