[Circulation] SCHEDULE - WEEK OF JANUARY 16

Hi Everyone,

The library will be open regular hours on Martin Luther King Day, this
Monday, 1/16.  Bev  and Chris will be working, Susan and I will be off.

On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday of next week, Susan and I will be away at
circulation training for the new library system.  The new library system is
due to be implemented this August (fingers crossed!)  The Tuesday and
Wednesday sessions are all day, and the Friday session is only half the day.
Bev will be out all week as well.  Susan will come in to open the library,
and then leave at 8:30 to go to the training.  There will not be a
circulation staff person here until 2pm when Chris gets here.  If you have
any circulation emergencies, our director Gai might be able to assist (her
office is through the Main Office).  Joan Barrett is also going to be
back-up, although she is not very familiar with circulation.  The
circulation office will be open so that Dora can bring the 5-college
delivery.  I will be here all day on Thursday, and on Friday afternoon after
the session.   Hopefully you will not be faced with anything that you can't
handle.  You can direct professors with questions about reserves to me since
Bev will be out for 2 weeks.

I've asked Mandy, Jen, and Sarah all to come in at 8:30am on the days I will
be away.  Sarah has a meeting with her advisor from 9:30 - 10 or so, can
anyone do this half hour for her?

I will post a condensed version of who'll be here when on the circulation
bulletin board.
