Hi Everyone,

Here is information about taking the reference course in order to be able to
work a shift on the reference desk.  Please let Susan or Dan know if you are
interested in taking the course.

The Hampshire librarians will be teaching a Reference course in the
Spring term, open to all library student workers, which is designed
to train students to work at the reference desk as well as
introducing them to the multitude of information sources available
through the library. The course meets for about 1.5 hrs/wk, and a
time TBD (when all participants can attend), and starts the second
week of the term. Students who are working in the library will be
paid for one hour for each session they attend. If you are interested
in taking this course, please speak to Susan Dayall
