[Circulation] Reserve blue slips

Hello Everyone,

When TA's or professors come in to put copies of our books on reserve, they
should also pull the books from the stacks in addition to filling out the
blue slips.  Bev has been receiving lots of stray blue slips lately.  Please
encourage the person leaving the slips to bring the books as well.   If they
are not able to find the book in the stacks, ask that they indicate this on
the slip.
