[Circulation] Reserves and other reminders

Hi Everyone,

The circstaff mailing list will be updated tomorrow morning (Thursday) from
9am - noon.  Please do not post messages to the list at this time, as they
might become lost in space depending how far along the update is when the
messages are sent.

Some reserve reminders:
Any video that is on reserve will have a barcode somewhere on it.  Check the
top, sides, and inside the case until you are able to locate the barcode.

Check reserve materials in in timely fashion.  They may be returned late as
it is, so don¹t make the patrons¹ fines escalate by waiting to check the
items all in at the end of your shift.

Please only check out one reserve item at a time to patrons.  The only time
patrons may have more items than 1 item is when they are photocopying.  Only
one reserve dvd or video should ever be checked out at a time.

Please feel free to ask questions if you are unsure of library policies.
