[Circulation] summer job at the library

Hello Everyone,

Would you like to work at the library this summer?  Susan Dayall is 
interviewing interested students.  Please contact her if you would 
like to apply (x-5761 or sdayall at hampshire.edu).  We believe the wage 
is $7/hr., and the workweek is 35 hrs. long.  The library is open 
M-F, 8:30am - 4:30pm through the summer, so you would be working 
these hours (with a one hour lunch break).   What would you be doing? 
First we shelf-read the entire collection (Bev, Chris, Susan, and I 
all participate too), then we search for all of the items that have 
been declared missing/on search/billed.  There is some work in 
Technical Services as well, such as book repair, data entry, and 
preparing new items for circulation.  There may be other projects as 
determined by the library staff.
