[Circulation] reserves, closing, SPRING BREAK

Hi Everyone,

A few reminders:

1.  Please shelve reserve videos and dvd's in order by their titles.  If the 
title begins with "A", "An", or "The", ignore the article and alphabetize the 
item by the next word in the title.

2.  Please try to remember to lock the headphone cabinet at night when closing.  
Bev told me she found it unlocked a few mornings this week.  

3. SPRING BREAK:
WORK IS REQUIRED THROUGH 10pm ON FRIDAY, MARCH 11.  IF YOU PLAN TO LEAVE FOR 
SPRING BREAK BEFORE THEN, FIND A SUB NOW!
  
The library will be closed on Saturday and Sunday, March 12 and 13 (weekend two 
is off).

Work is optional (and encouraged) March 14 - 18.  Sign up for hours on the 
temporary schedule.  As usual, try to fill the evening shifts first if 
possible, and please don't overlap with other students at this time.

WORK IS REQUIRED FOR WEEKEND ONE SUNDAY STUDENTS ON MARCH 20.  THE LIBRARY WILL 
BE OPEN REGULAR HOURS. PLEASE FIND A SUB IF YOU WILL NOT BE BACK IN TIME TO 
WORK YOUR SHIFT.
