[Circulation] MANDATORY SCHEDULE MEETING

Hi Everyone,

The Spring schedule meeting will be held this Thursday, February 3 at 
5:30p.m. in the Special Collections room.  You will draw numbers 
choose your  shifts first, then we'll dine on Sibie's pizza.  Bring 
your course schedules and the schedules of any other commitments that 
you may have.  As always, you will be paid for the meeting so make 
sure you log it on your timesheets.

This meeting is mandatory, and if you are unable to attend you will 
need to find a proxy.  Please let me know if you anticipate being 
late - I could draw your number and your shift in the first round if 
necessary.   Please contact me if you have any questions about the 
meeting.
