Suzanne,
  I am having trouble trying to submit my timecard for last week.  The hub tells
me "There are currently no pay periods for which you need to enter hours.", but
clearly there are (and in fact, I need to make sure that I fill out for the
last 3 weeks of working).  There is no rush, but I do want to make sure I get
paid for all 3 weeks of working,
