[Circulation] COME BACK TO THE LIBRARY...

Hi Everyone,

You are receiving this message because I expect you to return to work in
Circulation for the fall semester.  If you do not want to work at the
library this semester, please let me know ASAP so that I can hire someone to
take your place.

As in the past, you are expected to take 3 shifts on the temporary schedule
in order to be re-hired for the semester.  The temporary schedule will run
from Tuesday, Sept. 6 - Wednesday, Sept. 14.  Please sign up for the shifts
as they are drawn on the schedule that is posted on the circulation bulletin
board.  I also ask that you try to fill up nights ( so Chris can take a
dinner break)  and weekends first.  You must choose your shifts by Friday,
Sept. 9.  Chris and I will not be here on Labor Day,  but the library will
be open and staffed by a summer worker from 1 - 6. You are certainly welcome
to come in and pick your shifts from that point on.  Starting on Tuesday,
Sept. 6, the library will be open until 10:00p.m. every night until the
regular schedule begins.
