[Circulation] reserve and computer issues

Hi Everyone,

1.  Five College Items on Reserve:  Please be aware that we do put 
items owned by the other colleges on our reserve for our classes. 
Such items will still have the spine labels and barcodes of their 
home institutions, but also our yellow reserve tape.  After you 
return a 5 college reserve item, please make sure to put it back on 
the reserve shelf, not the return shelf of the owning library.

We currently have a MH video, Lives of Performers,  on reserve for a 
Hampshire class.  It will be on reserve for a short time because it 
has been booked for another patron next month.  You will see the 
booking message when you check the video out, just press space to 
acknowledge the message.  You will not be prevented from checking out 
the video.

2.  Reference Computers:  We have been asked by our database 
librarian, Stephanie Willen Brown, to just shut down the reference 
computers each night.  Please do not shut the monitors off.
