Hi Everyone,

Several reminders:

1.  Creating Shelving of Reserves:  This morning we found a 
library-owned reserve shelved with the personal items, and a video 
titled Sink or Swim shelved in the M's.  Please be careful when 
reshelving reserves.  Don't forget that reserve videos are kept in 
order by their titles.  If the title is not displayed on the side of 
the case, we put a label showing the first 3 letters of the first 
word of the title as a hint.

2.  Dan Warner's office:  Helaine Selin, our Natural Sciences 
librarian, is not using her office in the library this year.  Dan 
Warner, a HACU professor of Music is using her office instead.  I'm 
telling you this because students have been asking where Dan is now 
located.  The office he is using is in the Reference suite of 
offices, between Dan Schnurr and Joan Barrett.

3.  I will be out tomorrow (Thursday) to attend an out-of-state 
funeral.  If you need to talk to someone about scheduling issues, 
please see Chris (or Bev or Susan in the circ office).

4.  Sub Verification Form:  I posted a sub request verification form 
on the bulletin board.  This is not a place to ask for subs.  Chris 
or I will log the substitutions that we are told about or see on the 
circstaff list.  It's a way of reminding ourselves of upcoming sub 
arrangements.  You may post sub requests to the bulletin board, just 
not on that sheet.

5.  Bunker trip:  If you plan on coming coming to the Five College 
Depository on Friday, please let me know.  We'll meet at 10a.m. in 
the circ. office.

6. Smith College Mountain Day:  If you take classes at Smith, you 
have none today, for it is Montain Day!  Enjoy the beautiful weather.
