[Circulation] MANDATORY SCHEDULE MEETING TONIGHT!

Hi Everyone,

This is just the last reminder that the schedule meeting is tonight 
(Thursday), beginning at 5:30p.m.  We will meet in the Special 
Collections Room.  We will choose shifts first, then dine on Sibie's 
pizza.  Please come with your class and  weekly meeting schedules so 
that you can plan your shifts during your "free" time.

For New Hires:
The schedule that we determine tonight will be effective tomorrow 
morning,  and we will follow it for the entire Fall semester.  You 
will be choosing numbers and picking shifts in order of the draw. 
You will be choosing one four hour day shift, one four hour evening 
shift, and one four hour Saturday or Sunday shift  which you will 
work every other weekend.

To Returning Circulation Workers:
Thank you for your cooperation in covering the temporary schedule. 
You did an excellent job!

As usual, please contact me with questions or concerns.  Please let 
me know if you will not be able to attend this mandatory meeting. 
Students who do not show up, or come late, may have their shifts 
chosen for them.
