[Circulation] late shift meeting

Hi Everyone,

We need to schedule a meeting to determine the late shifts for the 
end of this semester.  I want to hold the meeting at 4:30p.m. during 
the week of Nov. 15.  Please tell me if you have classes or meetings 
during  that time on any of those days.  I want to pick a date that 
will accomodate everybody's schedules.

A condition of your being hired was that you agreed to work one shift 
from 11:30p.m. - 2:00a.m. in addition to your regular shifts at the 
end of the semester.  The late shifts will begin on the Sunday of 
Thanksgiving (Nov. 28) and end on Saturday, Dec. 11.   As usual, you 
have the option of finding a sub.
