[Circulation] late shift meeting

Hello Everyone,

The late shifts will take place from Friday, April 23 - Thursday, May 
6.  We need to meet to choose the shifts, and I would like to hold a 
meeting at 4:30 during the week of April 12.  Monday, Tuesday, or 
Wednesday are preferable for me.  Are any of you in class or in other 
meetings at 4:30 on any of those days?  If so, please let me know so 
that I can schedule the meeting on the day that is most convenient 
for the majority.  Please get back to me by next Wednesday, April 7, 
so that I can announce the date of the meeting then.
