[Circulation] Temporary Spring Schedule

Hello Everyone,

This is to let you know that the JanTerm schedule ends on Sunday. 
The Spring temporary schedule runs from Monday, January 26 - 
Wednesday, February 4.  Please remember that you must sign up for at 
least 3 shifts on this temporary schedule in order to be re-hired for 
the Spring.   The schedule is now posted and you may sign up for the 
shifts that are penciled in.  Please follow these guidelines when 
selecting shifts:

1.  Once you've signed your name you are committed to working that 
shift.  Please do not erase your name without first talking to me or 
Chris.

2.  Please don't draw in any more shifts just yet.  We want to cover 
the open shifts before we start doubling up.

3.  If I don't hear from you by Friday, January 30, I will assume 
that you are not working in circulation this Spring.

THE SCHEDULE MEETING TO DETERMINE THE SPRING SCHEDULE WILL BE HELD ON 
WEDNESDAY,
FEBRUARY 4 AT 5:30pm.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND, OR 
DESIGNATE A PROXY TO CHOOSE YOUR SHIFTS FOR YOU.
