[Circulation] computer shut-down

Hi Everyone,

I was asked by one of the reference librarians to pass along this 
message.  When you shut down one of the PC's in the reference area, 
you  have to physically shut the machine off at the CPU.  Using the 
shutdown option from the start menu will only lead you to the box 
that tells you that it is "now safe to shut off the computer."  Wait 
until you've seen that message, then shut the machine off.  If this 
message is unclear please see me for clarification.
