[Circulation] Reminders

Hi Everyone,

Here are some general reminders:

1.  There are still 2 open shifts on the temporary schedule: Tuesday 
2-4 and Wednesday 10-2.  Any takers?

2.  Please, please, please check out every reserve item to patrons, 
and only one at a time (unless the patron is photocopying , then they 
could borrow up to three items).

3.  If you have to use the check-out slips to lend items to a patron, 
please make sure to enter the transactions in the computer as soon as 
its back up, or at least leave me a message telling me the 
circumstances.  I found four check-out slips at the desk by accident 
this morning and I had to make my best guess as to what was happening 
with them.  Feel free to leave messages posted on the door to the 
circulation office, or slip them under the door during times when 
there is not a staff member available.

4.  Pay attention when putting returned books onto the re-shelving 
carts.  HQ books seem to be creeping onto the A-HN cart on a regular 
basis.

5.  THE SCHEDULE MEETING IS WEDNESDAY NIGHT (TOMORROW) AT 5:00PM IN 
THE IT TRAINING ROOM.  COME HUNGRY - REFRESHMENTS WILL BE SERVED!!! 
BRING YOUR COURSE SCHEDULE SO THAT YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR AVAILABILITY IS.
