[Circulation] my absence

Hi Everyone,

This is to let you all know that I will be out until Thursday.  My father-in-
law had a heart attack and passed away early Sunday morning so I've been tied 
up with funeral preparations.

I realize that time slips are due by Wednesday morning.  I will be e-mailing 
Susan Dayall to make sure that she signs your slips.  Please make sure yours is 
filled out before Wednesday morning, including the hours for Thursday and 
Friday if you'll be working those days.

I will e-mail you soon with information about working during JanTerm.  We'll 
need to have a schedule meeting soon after you all get back on campus.

Mandy volunteered to take 3:30 - 5:30 of Willie's shift on Tuesday, and I said 
I'd cover 1:30 - 3:30.  Given the circumstances, will anyone be able to cover 
those hours?  Please tell Bev or Susan in the circ office if you can work that 
shift.
