[Circulation] Two Reminders

Hi everybody,
         A couple of reminders...
         When looking for a patron's hold books, be sure to also check the 
UMASS shelf.  Those books don't show up on the computer screen.  And the 
patron isn't always aware that s/he has a UMASS book waiting for them.

         Also, please be careful when checking books in.  Some of the other 
colleges' items (ie, Amherst's, Mt. Holyoke's, and Smith's) have ended up 
on the book trucks instead of on their corresponding shelves.
