[Circulation] late shift meeting

Hello Everyone,

The meeting to determine the end-of-semester late shifts will take 
place on Thursday, November 20 at 4:30p.m. in the circulation office. 
We will draw numbers to determine the order for choosing the shifts. 
These late shifts begin on Sunday, November 30 and run through 
Saturday, December 13.  They are scheduled between 11:30p.m. and 
2:00a.m.  Every student will work one of these shifts (or find a 
sub).  If you are not able to attend the meeting, please give me a 
list of the dates that you could work and I can draw a number on your 
behalf.

Please let me know if you will be available to work during Jan Term, 
and for that matter the Spring semester.  Students are asking if 
there will be jobs available during the Spring semester and I really 
can't say for certain until I hear back from all of you.   If you 
know for certain that you will be on leave, please tell me sooner 
rather than later.
