[Circulation] Spring Break; timesheets

Hi all...three things to tell you:

(1) Timesheets are due this Monday AM; please make sure yours is 
filled out completely by Sunday night.

(2) The library's hours change over Spring Break: here's what you need to know.

--Plan to work your regular shifts (or find a sub) until 4:30 pm on 
Friday, March 14. (The library closes early that day.)

--The library will be closed on Saturday, March 15 and Sunday, March 16.

--The library will be open during Spring Break, but work is not 
required; there is an optional temporary schedule for people who will 
be around and would like hours. The library's hours during spring 
break are:

	Mon-Thurs	8:30 am - 10:00 pm
	Fri		8:30 am - 4:30 pm

--The library will be closed on Saturday, March 22.

--The library will be OPEN and you should plan to work your regularly 
scheduled shifts on Sunday, March 23. (That's a Weekend 2.)


(3) The aforementioned optional Spring Break schedule has been posted 
on the bulletin board behind the desk and is ready for sign-up.
