[Circulation] Schedule meeting TOMORROW, 5:30 pm

Hello all--

Don't forget that the circulation schedule meeting is TOMORROW 
(Wednesday, 2/5) at 5:30 pm in the IT Training Room (back room of the 
computer lab).

This meeting is über-important, and if you fail to either show up or 
get someone to act as your proxy, the results will be dire and 
unspeakable. So please: be there, or find a proxy! (If you can't make 
it, please contact me before 3 pm Wednesday and let me know who will 
be acting as your proxy.)

We will have pizza & soda, so don't worry about missing Saga. The 
meeting usually lasts slightly over an hour. I do need to ask that 
everyone stay until the end, in case we need to make adjustments to 
the schedule at the last minute. So unless you have to leave for a 
class, please figure on being there until 7:00 or so. (You will be 
paid for the time spent at the meeting.)

Finally: don't forget to bring a copy of your schedule (academic and 
other outside commitments) so that you can be certain that you are 
signing up for shifts you can actually work!

Please let me know ASAP if you have any questions or if you won't be 
able to attend.
