[Circulation] end of semester business

Hi Everyone,

Time slips are due on Monday, so please make sure that yours is 
filled out and ready to go.

If you missed the announcement from Payroll about the last paychecks 
of the semester:
You must provide the Payroll office with stamps if you want your Dec. 
19 or Dec. 31 checks sent to your home address.  The deadline for 
making this arrangement is this Friday, Dec. 12th.

Is anyone going to be on campus beyond the 15th?  If so, you may sign 
up for hours on the temporary schedule (posted on the circ. bulletin 
board).   Evenings are preferred.  The library will be open 
8:30a.m.-10:00p.m. Dec. 16-18, and 8:30a.m.-4:30p.m. Dec. 19.

Can anyone commit to working the evening of  Monday, Jan. 5?  Chris 
will be in earlier to take the Reference workshop so we need evening 
coverage.  I've also decided to move the schedule meeting to 4:30 on 
that day since I've heard that a couple of students will be in class 
earlier in the day.

In case I don't see all of you before you leave for break, enjoy the holidays!
