[Circulation] Last Date Of Work and other business

Hello Everyone,

The last required day of work for the semester is Monday, December 
15.  You are expected to work your regularly scheduled shifts as the 
library is open until midnight that day.  We will be on a 
work-optional temporary schedule Tuesday, Dec. 16-Friday, Dec. 19. 
If you are taking Five College classes and will be on campus beyond 
the 16th we encourage you to work.  The library will be open 8:30a.m. 
- 10:00p.m. Tuesday - Thursday of that week, and 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. 
on Friday.  Evening coverage is particularly desired.  I've posted a 
temporary schedule for interested parties.

For those students who will be on campus during Janterm:
If you can commit to working on Monday, January 5, please let me know 
ASAP.  Chris and I will be taking the reference course that starts 
that day so we will be needing desk coverage, particularly in the 
evening.  We will also have a schedule meeting at 1:00 that day to 
determine the regular Janterm schedule.

Kim is no longer working with us, so please cross her off your sub 
contact list.  You can add Josh Hilliard to the list.  His e-mail is
