[Circulation] the schedule/finding a sub

Hello everyone--

THANK YOU for making the meeting go so smoothly last night and for 
your flexibility in choosing your shifts! Each of you should have 
gotten an email confirming what shifts you signed up for. Please let 
me know immediately if there is any discrepancy between your schedule 
as you understand it and as I understand it.

The new schedule has already begun! (as of this morning)  If you find 
that you can't work a shift that you are scheduled for, please start 
looking for a sub right away--the earlier the better. The staff list 
is at http://library.hampshire.edu/circulation/staff_list.html and is 
current. I'll also send each of you a paper copy, as well as posting 
one on the bulletin board behind the desk. If you notice any 
inaccuracies in your info, please let me know and I'll fix them right 
away.

I've updated the circ webpage with the new schedule, the updated 
staff list, and new pay date information. You can view all of this at
