[Circulation] Schedule meeting tomorrow (Thu 9/12)!

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder that the Fall Term Schedule Meeting will take place 
tomorrow (Thursday, 9/12) at 5:30 pm in the Special Collections room 
(aka Fishbowl--it's on the 2nd floor of the library.)

This meeting is mandatory! If you cannot be there in person, you must 
choose someone else to act as your proxy. In addition, you need to 
let me know before the meeting (a) that you won't be there and (b) 
who is acting as your proxy.

Please remember to bring your schedule in writing so that you can be 
certain that the shifts you choose really don't conflict with any 
other recurrent obligations you have, such as classes.

Pizza and beverages will be served. Let me know if you have any 
special requests.

The meeting should take around an hour and a half. I need to ask that 
everyone stay until the end, in case there are any last-minute gaps 
in the schedule and we need to do some finagling. I promise to do 
everything I can to make things run quickly and smoothly, because I 
know there are places you would rather be.

The permanent schedule will start Friday, September 13 (the day after 
the meeting).
