[Circulation] Change clocks this weekend!

Hi everyone,

This weekend (specifically, Sunday at 2 am) marks the end of Daylight 
Savings Time, meaning that we need to turn the clocks BACK one hour.

Especially if you are working on Sunday, please don't forget to do 
this! Otherwise you'll be ahead of yourself all day.
