[Circulation] Timesheets; end-of-semester [IMPORTANT!]

Hello, everyone:

Timesheets are due this coming Monday AM (5/6). Please make sure 
yours is filled out completely by Sunday night.

Also, please remember that the last required day of work this 
semester is SUNDAY, MAY 12. That is not this Sunday, but a week from 
this Sunday. Everyone is expected to work their normal schedule--or 
make and post sub arragements--through that date.

I'll post the optional schedule for the week of Commencement (Monday 
5/13 - Saturday 5/18) on Monday morning. If you'll be around and 
would like hours, please sign up! We will need all the help we can 
get. And that's putting it mildly.
