[Circulation] Late shifts & PICNIC!

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to make sure everyone is aware that the LATE SCHEDULE has 
started! Please make a note of which night is yours, and remember to 
be here by 11:30 pm for your shift. Triple I is set up correctly, and 
Security has been alerted to the different closing time, so hopefully 
everything will run smoothly. Anyone who hasn't closed before should 
check with me or Kelly before your late shift to go over the 
procedure.

Also, each of you should have gotten a paper invitation--but let me 
announce again here that the Annual Library/IT Student Worker 
Appreciation Picnic will take place on May Day, Wednesday, May 1 
(this coming Weds.), from noon to 1 pm, behind the library (rain 
location TBA). I very much hope all of you can escape from your 
schoolwork and other obligations long enough to come have some food 
and socialize with your fellow workers.

I hope everyone is surviving these last few insane weeks of classes, 
papers, exams. etc. May the force be with you all.
