[Circulation] REMINDER: late shift meeting tomorrow (Thurs.)

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to remind you that we will choose late shifts at a 
*brief* meeting tomorrow (Thursday, 4/11) at noon in the Circulation 
Office.

If you can't make the meeting, you need to let someone who will be 
there know what nights you can and can't work so that they can choose 
a shift for you. That someone can be me, if you wish--just give me a 
call (x5762), send me an email (emily at hampshire.edu), or stop by the 
office.

If you don't come to the meeting or arrange for someone to pick 
shifts for you, you'll be assigned a night by default.

The late schedule will run from Wednesday, April 24 to Thursday, May 
9. Each of you is responsible for one late shift (11:30 pm - 2:00 
am). As always, you have the option of making substitute arrangements.

Hope to see you (or hear from you before) Thursday at noon.
