[Circulation] Two important things

Hi everyone,

I have two important annoucements for you:

(1) This is the weekend we set the clocks *ahead* one hour (on
Saturday night). Don't forget--especially if you work on Sunday!

(2) Believe it or not, we're only a few weeks away from the late
schedule. This year late shifts will run from Wednesday, April 24
through Thursday, May 9. We'll have a meeting to choose nights on
Thursday, April 11 at noon in the Circulation Office. If you can't
make this meeting (and it's not mandatory), just make sure that
SOMEONE who will be there (either another circ worker or me) has a
list of nights that you can/can't work. Otherwise, you'll be assigned
a night by default.

In case you're new to this or have forgotten, late shifts run from
11:30 pm to 2:00 am, and each of you is responsible for *one* of
these shifts. As always, you have the option of making sub
arrangements for your shift.

So, don't forget--late shift meeting April 11, noon, Circulation
Office. And spring ahead this weekend!

thanks,
Emily
