[Blacksmithing] smithin' up a smithy

Hey there friends o' mine:

I recently picked up a membership at Artisan's Asylum, a machine shop and
general wretched hive of, etc., etc.

The only problem is: they don't have a forge.

(Sadness!)

However, they have asked me to rough up a proposal for what they'd need to
do facilitate smithing.

(Triumphation!)

I put together the attached proposal. I'd love some comments on it. Feel
free to pass it around to friends/romans/countrymen.

ANY and ALL comments are appreciated. Tear me a new one! I double dog dare
you!
