[Animeclub] Waivers

Hello everyone! 

This is a reminder to complete your online waivers for anime club!
Please do this ASAP!! 

To fill out a waiver go to this link:
https://www.fivecolleges.edu/riskmgmt/waivers 

At the bottom of the page, there are instructions for filling out a
waiver. Please follow them! They are super easy and tell you everything
you need to know. Just scroll down to where it says "How to Access Your
Waiver" and follow the step by step instructions. 

Even if you have submitted a waiver for Anime Club last year (returning
members), you MUST do it again. Please get these done ASAP, and don't
forget to vote in our lineup poll!! A link can be found on our
Collegiate Link page! Just google CollegiateLink Hampshire, log in, go
to Organizations, and find Anime Club! You can also request to join if
you haven't already.
