Meet: around 8:30 at the bus circle.
Questions will be answered there, cars loaded up. show up a bit before
8:30, a bit after..as long as we have peeps and stuff loaded [or beginning
to load] at 9!

We'll get to the hotel round 11-11:30

we check in
ya'll settle in
and we can head out in a group or whatever to the con center and get our
badges

WHAT YOU NEED FOR BADGES:
-Valid STATE ID or driver's license!

YOU WILL ALL GET:
-Room keys [DO. NOT. LOSE. THEM]
-paper directions to the con center from the hotel so you don't get lost
