[Asianmedia] Katsu-I keep losing stuff, please confirm~

Here's a list I have, again.
For some reason, more and more people keep showing up that I can't remember
if they'd emailed before..and the answer is probably not. Our trip IS
capped at like, 14, depending on what van we can get. We can only get ONE.
Hopefully ya'll are comfy with having like 5-6 people in a hotel room,
cause frankly that's what's gonna happen.

We're planning on going down the morning of *February 13th and returning
afternoon of Feb 16th. How early/late we leave is up to the drivers since
they're making an 8 hour journey. *

*Check your calendars, check with teachers for future classes. If you
cancel after we've registered you, you owe the CLA 60$ and there is no
getting out of it.*

Here's who I have *off the top of my head.* If any of you are the ones who
can pay for yourselves, please let me know.

That's 15-17 people in vans, bros :x People may have to drop if we can't
get a 10-12 person van.

I believe the rooms we're requesting are double beds. If they're not,
prepare to get cozy in a king size. You guys have been super enthusiastic
about the trip, which is awesome! But big trips like this are totally not
as simple as AAC mostly because they're *twice as more expensive. *With
more people, you can only imagine how difficult it is sorting hotel stuff,
transport, etc. This is a huge stress on the signers and I *really* hope
ya'll recognize that. We go through a lot of work to make these trips
happen and can't please everyone to the fullest that we'd like to-so we're
pretty much giving CEL1 on two things:
-Showing up to screenings
-*Cooperating* and understanding that this shit. Is. Hard. *Very. Very.
Hard.*

Funding request has also been put in for Anime Boston, and we'll hop on
that *after* I reserve everything for Katsu.
