Hi Kat,

One of the drivers needs to call Campus Police about a half hour before
you expect to leave campus to request an officer meet both drivers
behind the library to check out the vans. They need the forms i left for
you. Both vans need to be driven to Physical Plant to fill the gas tanks
since this is a long drive. The officer can assist with that since it's
important both gas tanks be full before leaving for Boston.

There is form that needs to be signed for each van stating which
students will be riding that is left with campus police before you leave
campus.
