(Please see Luis's note below for more details.)<br></font><font size="4"><br>The radio station will be a community-based, educational, non-commercial station like Valley Free Radio (Northampton), but will be full power like WFCR (Amherst).<br><br>He is in the process of doing fundraising, so the group can apply for the license. civil<br>disobedience movement organized by El Comité Pro Rescate y Desarrollo de Vieques (CPRDV) in 2003. But there is still a lot to be done to assure the appropriate decontamination of the land, the return of the land to the people of Vieques and a sustainable model of development in the hands of the community.<br><br>Now, the CPRDV has asked me to coordinate the application process for a radio license (please see Full Throttle attachment).
