lower-income and people of color communities to apply to participate in
our
<a href="http://www.grassrootsworks.net/Two_Year_Capacity_Building_Program.html">Two-Year
Capacity Building Program</a>. GROW is a non-profit organization
that supports community-based groups in lower income and people of color
communities. We provide comprehensive training and support to
staff, board and key volunteers with the goal of strengthening the whole
organization.<br>
